1. Agreement
By using OperativeGrowth's website, submitting a booking, or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide web deployment, admin backends, SEO, analytics, product imagery, marketing, influencer reach, and related services. Each engagement is defined by a scope document or proposal we share with you before work begins.
3. Bookings and deposits
- A booking is confirmed only when your $250 deposit is paid through our Stripe checkout.
- The deposit is credited toward your final project total.
- The deposit is refundable if we cannot take on the work or if you cancel before kickoff.
- The deposit is non-refundable once kickoff has begun, since we start reserving operator time and tooling for your project.
4. Payment
Beyond the deposit, invoices are due net 7 unless your proposal says otherwise. Late invoices may pause work. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Scope and revisions
Each engagement includes a defined scope and revision count. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. We won't surprise you with a bill.
6. Ownership
Once you've paid in full for an engagement, you own the final deliverables we create for your business (website code, images, copy, etc.). We retain rights to our underlying tooling, templates, and internal frameworks, and we may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an engagement at any time. You'll be invoiced for work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs (ad spend, software licenses, etc.) we incurred on your behalf.
8. Confidentiality
We treat anything you share with us about your business as confidential and only use it to deliver the services you've engaged us for.
9. Warranties and liability
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, revenue, follower counts). Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
