- Booking and project data — services selected, budget, timeline, deposit status, and messages exchanged with our team.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only retain Stripe's session and payment IDs to match payments to your booking.
- Technical data — basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and improve performance.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your quote, booking, or message.
- To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
- To process your deposit and any follow-on invoices through Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, deposit reminders, project updates).
- To improve our website, content, and offers.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails to people who haven't opted in.
4. Who we share it with
We only share your data with service providers we need to run the business — including Stripe (payments), our email provider, our hosting and database infrastructure, and analytics tools. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking, project, and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.
6. Your rights

7. Cookies
